Everything she does at Sentis is driven not only by her commitment to outstanding client service but also by her desire to find unique ways of helping clients solve tough problems and reach ambitious targets. This often means mulling over different ways to design projects that will produce the best results, and digging deep into the data for the most useful answers.
Steph's drive and unique mix of talents have resulted in a number of important innovations in Sentis' research practice and in the way we present our results. Steph engineered our Customer Payback Model, which uses customer experience survey data to illustrate the amount of business that will be generated for clients due to repeat visitation and referrals. Steph leverages her eye for graphic design and data visualization to continuously enhance the clarity and visual appeal of our reports, presentations and online reporting sites.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Steph is named after actress Stefanie Powers from the 80's TV show Hart to Hart. She enjoys running, cycling, phone photography (that still counts, right?), and relaxing with a good TV show.
Steph holds a BA in Sociology (Honours) from UBC.
