Sentis is a marketing research and business consulting company based in downtown Vancouver. We help clients understand their customers, competitors and employees. We work with private and public sector clients across a range of industry sectors. Our projects start with research: quantitative or qualitative, online, in-person, or by phone. But we do more than just summarize facts and figures; we interpret the results and help our clients make better decisions.
While you will be a senior leader in the firm and a business developer, you will also be a key account manager and research practitioner—ensuring clients benefit from senior-level research design and analytical expertise. To this end you will design research studies, oversee projects, interpret data, write reports and deliver presentations.
You are expected to work collaboratively with your senior colleagues in the area of client development. This may include conducting capabilities presentations, expanding the services we offer to existing clients, developing new client relationships and responding to RFPs or RFQs.
You will also promote the company's brand and services to clients, prospects and the research community at large. These activities could include: participating in networking events; attending conferences; and writing case studies highlighting Sentis' expertise.
